Forsyth County recorded 2,828 sales and Hall County 2,643.

They fell 3.9% in Hall, 3.7% in Gilmer and 2.4% in Forsyth. Sales rose in 9 of the 12 counties, with the largest increases in Dawson County (24.5%), White County (16.9%) and Fannin County (15.6%). Pickens, Rabun and Union counties recorded slightly fewer sales.
