Former Federal Prosecutor Seth Waxman Opens New Business Litigation Firm

CHEVY CHASE, Md. — November 3, 2026 — Former federal prosecutor Seth B. Waxman has launched Waxman Litigation, LLC, a Chevy Chase-based firm focused on:

* Business Litigation

* White-collar Defense and Internal Investigations

* Court-Appointed Receiverships

The firm serves clients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and New York.

Waxman brings more than 30 years of litigation experience, including 13 years as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C., where he focused on corporate fraud and public corruption. He has served as lead counsel in more than 100 trials. Judges have also appointed him to serve as a receiver for businesses facing allegations of fraud, theft, embezzlement, and other wrongdoing. Earlier in his career, he practiced with three international law firms in Washington, D.C., and New York.
