Sound Wave Vibrations

The first skill that you'll be taught in the workshop is how to properly play the crystal alchemy bowls that produce the healing sound wave vibrations. To do this, you'll take turns giving and receiving energetic feedback under the watchful eye of 1111 VIBE’s experienced practitioners.

“Deep tension patterns bind joints, cause pain, and generally, pull the body out of alignment,” explained a spokesperson for the company. “Sound wave vibrations disrupt these patterns, creating a healing flow of bio-electricity that enlightens the body and shifts its center of gravity into a lighter place.”

Integrative Bodywork

You'll also practice several yoga poses, breathing techniques, and intuitive flow strategies, to help bring your body and mind into harmony by improving frequency integration channels and creating new spaces for energy to occupy. Experienced Practitioners

The workshop is led by Andrew Clark, Jodi Carey, and Janet Brooks — three multi-dimensional healing practitioners with over 70 years of combined experience.
